First Time Comcast Customer
This is my first time having Comcast and for the past few days the internet is dropping for a few mins to hours. I call them just now explain the issue. The lady does a test says, "From here it shows your modem is online. You should call your computer's manufacturer." I'm like, "Okay, I would do that if only ONE computer having an issue with the internet but I have 3 computers an iPad and iPhone and none have internet service." She says, "Well, yeah you call all of those manufactures and if the products are fine we will consider this to be a real problem. Now can I help you with anything else today?"
