Usually you can only use base/extract to mix with hot water then enjoy it

Gazpacho Hot Pot

Hot Pot Base+ Water+ Tomato Paste（1:2:1）

Common ingredients in hot pot

Tofu, duck blood pudding, YuTiao ( similar to Churros)

Fish balls, shrimp balls meat balls

Sliced meat (beef, pork, goat…)

Seafood

Any vegetables, melons

(You can put almost anything in the hotpot, plz expand your imagination^^)

Dipping Source (my secret recipe)

Green Onion, Corriander chopped

Ginger smash

White Vinegar, sesame oil

White sugar and peanuts powder

If you don’t have those ingredient

White vinegar and sesame oil (2:1) are fine

The acid and oil will help you to moderate the spicy flavor and elevate it to more profound layer
