From Unexpected Beginnings to Grateful Endings: My Journey as an Interpreter in Singapore
If you had asked me during my youth what I envisioned for my future, becoming an interpreter in Singapore wouldn't have even made it onto my radar. But life has a funny way of throwing unexpected curveballs, and sometimes, those curveballs lead us down paths we never imagined for ourselves. Today, as I look back on my journey, I can't help but feel grateful for the twists and turns that led me to where I am today.
Growing up, I had dreams like any other kid. I imagined myself becoming a doctor, a teacher, or even an astronaut. But as I navigated through the maze of life, I stumbled upon a passion for languages—a passion that would eventually shape the course of my destiny. Little did I know that my love for words would lead me to the vibrant city-state of Singapore, where I would embark on an exhilarating journey as an interpreter.
Becoming an interpreter in Singapore wasn't something I had planned for, but looking back, I wouldn't have it any other way. It's a job that challenges me, inspires me, and fills me with a sense of purpose like no other.
