Two new chapters from you!! My day = made. This may be stupid, but... the sleigh part reminded me so much of the ones that Laura and Almanzo Wilder had in These Happy Golden Years. (Yeah, it is a stupid confession, but my toes are figuratively warm from all the cosiness so no regrets, I guess!)

I've actually never read These Happy Golden Years (I loved Little House in the Big Woods but somehow never read any of the others..must rectify promptly!) but if it gave you cozy sleigh ride feels for Ch 5, so much the better! :D
