Steve has a specific bond with Raven. She’s shrouded in mystery and she continuously tells him that she is too dangerous. Steve is still in love with her and reassures her that he is not afraid. They’ve been together for a few years now, and they spend quite some time apart because of their duties to their respective teams. Steve would rather take things slowly, but he has heavily considered proposing to Raven.

"I'd always choose you." Steve smiled shyly, holding his hands behind his back to mimic her stance.
