Sad life of  Yagura Karatachi

(I wouldn’t say he an underrated character, but is a intresting sad character)

Imagine have being control up until the very end by obito. His reign, he became widely known for his hand in crimes such as exploiting money from the weak and his zero-tolerance against any dissent in the village, reinforcing its nickname Bloody Mist Village ch 507

It makes me wonder if he wasn’t control by obito would he stopped the horrific style of teachings in the Mist as the Fourth Mizukage.

But I will say his water style jutsus are intresting:

Mito Uzumaki

Former jinchūriki and from the Uzumaki clan a ninja from Uzisho

While never gaining full control over Kurama itself, Mito was able to access Kurama's ability to sense negative emotions.(chapter 545 basically all you need to know about them in this chapter)

said to be an powerful kunochi fourth databook

Uzumaki are known to have strong life force and well verse in fuinjutsu.

The Strength of a Hundred Technique is the concept of releasing a large amount of chakra at once by speeding up the rate of cell division in order to regenerate. By activating the mark, any damage can be healed as long as the user has chakra left. Also this technique's power can be temporarily transferred to another person upon physical contact.

However, the user shortens their natural lifespan whenever this technique is used so they can’t use it forever, it has limits.

Edit: I forgot Mito sealed kurama inside herself. Not something to scoff at.

The woman the clan is proud of is intelligent and calm! And don’t forget it’s the same for you as well!

Hana truly loves animals. In contrast to her brother Kiba, she is calm and steady. As a talented veterinarian, she has gained the deep trust of the villagers.

She gives her heart and soul to nursing the wounded Akamaru.

The Three Canine Brothers, Haimaru

The three souls that do great deeds! The fierce and beautiful howls that resound throughout the heavens!!

The triplet ninja dogs that reside in the Inuzuka clan. Normally, they are friendly and calm but once the fight begins, their combative spirits flare up like fire and fight the enemy.

Hana fights in collaboration with her beloved dogs, the Three Haimaru Brothers.

We do see Hana with her mother Tsume and their ninken together confronting three Sound ninja during the Invasion who were probably around chūnin level.

And they did seemnigly beat them off-panel.

She was seen tending to Akamaru's injuries after the Sakon/Ukon fight.

She was a member of the Fifth Division in the Fourth Shinobi World War and was seen only once dring the battlefield.  Together with Kiba and her three dogs she used Fang Rotating Fang.

Intresting to me because I feel like we needed to see the Konoha 11 family memebers more often then little screen time.

Genma Shiranui

(Man I had a huge crush on him lol)

Genma was a proctor of the Chunin Exams Final Round.

Honestly, not much is known about Genma except the fact he was on team with Ebisu and Might Guy.(chapter 599) Also an elite guard of Fourth Hokage Minato.

He held of against baki who killed Hayate

Now some people like to diss the jōnin during the Sound Five arc. People should know and reread that the Genma and his team forced them into their second stage of the curse mark and the curse mark is not a joke. (Chapter 185)

even if you mean that the Sound 4 was stepped on by Genin, the difference is that Genma and Raido faced them as a team, while the Genin did not, and the Sound 4 as a team is strong enough. This is not to say that the Sound 4 are weak, but rather that Genma and Raido were more than capable of being Minato's bodyguards

Genma spit a senbon from the mouth that repels a Kunai? Nice.

To be honest ,he didn't do much on screen but, during war arc he did a bit. He was apart of the team that was tasked to protecting the Diamyo.(Chapter 526)

Let's add to the fact he can use Flying Rajin only in conjuction with Raido and Iwashi. They also have one placed on Tsunade (chapter 562)
