also i was talking about this earlier while plotting and i really do think this - i feel like ryuji isn't at all deterred by quieter or more introverted characters, he's not put off by it - he can fill an entire conversation by himself if he has to without totally taking charge of the conversation and being rude about it. i genuinely think that he'd actually more inclined to take quieter and more introverted muses under his wing, take a liking to them - even if they don't talk half as much as he does, he just likes them and wants to make them feel comfortable and look out for them.
