Extrovert And Introverts
Personally, I find it weird that us extroverts are not given the treatment we deserve. I was on Playbuzz and one of the most popular search items was ‘Introverts.’ And I was like,”WTF? What about Extroverts?” So I figured no biggie, maybe there are more introverts than us extroverts. For those of you that don’t know what an extrovert or an introvert is, let me tell you. Ahem, first definition for Introvert is: “ A shy, reticent, and typically self centered person.” Second: “A person predominantly concerned with their own thoughts and feeling rather than with external thinking.” I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with being a Introvert, however there is something wrong with being too self centered (#Every Lannister ever). So why are introverts so popular (or at least on Playbuzz)? Well, it could be because many of us sitting behind out computers are mostly shy and anti-social.
You may be wondering:” Gosh, but what about extroverts?” Well, the definition of extrovert is:”An outgoing, overtly expressive person.” AKA that weird kid from drama class who acted like his/her life was the stage they performed on. Okay, so as you know, I am an extrovert, mainly because I’m very sociable and will tell anyone ANYTHING. I also have had an encounter and was friends with them. His name was Luke, and your common Virgo (I’m a Libra), meaning he was a perfectionist, sarcastic, and got a passing grade on almost every test. Needless to say, we were both born to hate each other. However, I wasn’t that type of person to give up on someone mainly because it was ‘how it’s supposed to be.’ However, we are best friend-nemies, and he almost always laughs at my jokes.
So, what do I have to say about Introverts? Well, they’re not horrible. AND they’re not overrated, mainly because there’s more of them than extroverts, I guess... Well then, are you an extrovert? Are you an Introvert? Also remember to follow me!
