when things get quiet, you start hearing yourself again
there’s something about this that felt really grounding
I’ve been thinking about how doubt isn’t always something to “fix” or push away. sometimes it’s just there, like noise in the background.
and honestly, a lot of it probably isn’t even fully ours — just old thoughts, outside opinions, things we absorbed without realizing it.
what stood out to me most is the idea that intuition isn’t loud. it’s quieter than that. more like clarity slowly coming back when things settle down a bit.
not about removing doubt completely, just not letting it take over everything.
feels simple, but kind of real.
