Kikyou and Kagome
My personal opinion is that they have the same wrapping but there is a totally different package under neath. Equally as great but just different. Kikyou is more like ice, she's cool and calm and knows what she is doing with her life, like Kyoya from ouran. Suddenly Inuyasha pops into her life and for once she has someone to understand her, someone to take her on the short cut that is her path that's been paved for her. Kagome is the fire, she needs work to get strong but once she is look out, because she will take you down. Inuyasha comes into her life and supports her to get stronger, helps her. He sees her as something other then the weak school girl. He is the oxygen to her fire. Each relationship is different, you get different things out of it. Same goes for this anime.
