He woke up with another headache that morning. He'd been here for a while now and every day something was pounding on his skull, like it was trapped and wanted to break free. He also persistently felt like he'd forgotten something, though he had no idea what. And where was Kagome anyway...?
He sat up straight and pushed the headache to the back of his mind when he sensed someone enter the forest though. No one did anymore, not even the villagers, so he was quite curious to see who'd dared to invade his territory.
Upon seeing her, he mostly felt confusion. He... felt like he'd seen her before, but at the same time he couldn't remember a single thing about her either. Deciding that staying out of sght would be his best bet he kept his distance, remaining perched atop the trees' branches, safely out of sight.
Why was she here?
