OutofTomorrow: Weeelll-err-they wouldn’t see them…Because the Sengoku Jidai lasted from 1467 to 1568. Basically it was during of the beginning of the European Renaissance.
And if we take in that Kagome slipped back exactly 500 years from 1996 [when the manga’s first chapter was published] that would land us in 1496. Which is about the time Leonardo Devinci’s flying machine…And America had only just begun to be settled by the Europeans, due to Columbus sailing in 1492.
So-unless there was another time slip that led from the American slavery era-just before the Civil War, and Victorian Era England to the Sengoku era, they wouldn’t see them.
On the other hand-even if or when they did-hells yes they’d be puzzled as hell. xD;;
