Invocation of Hermes
Hail, swift-footed Hermes, guide of the way, Messenger bright at the break of day. Opener of roads, with staff in hand, Lead me with grace through sea and land.
Trickster divine with laughter sharp, Player of lyre, and master of harp. Wingéd one of clever tongue, Keeper of secrets, silver-spun.
Come now, Hermes, hear my song, Where paths entwine, where hearts belong. Bless my steps with cunning and speed, Grant me the wisdom for all I need.
Speak through signs, through wind and flight, In shadowed dusk and morning light. I offer words, I offer flame— In every breath, I call your name.
