yes, it is. I've messaged her twce and some of my friends have also, but she hasn't replied, and she's updated since i sent it, o she is purposely ignoring me.
You could always report her to tumblr, but I don't think it would really do any good. I think the best thing to do is block/mute her, and if you feel like it, ask your followers to do the same.
Maybe she'll change her url when she starts losing followers for it.

i remember unfollowing you for a period of time, but i always thought about you and your blog, and i was just thinking, 'wow, i wonder how jae is going' and i just found myself typing your url, and i found you! you are amazing Jae, and I love you, and you're gorgeous. I've been through a lot of the same things. Its been 1 month and 12 days since i last self harmed. The longest I've ever gone. And I' glad i found your blog and that post, because it gives me hope that i will continue on.
this seriously made my day. and hey listen, if i can make it through a year, then i'm sure you can too. life sucks, yeah we all know that. and theres always going to be things that get you down and you'll feel like you're alone, but we're so covered by darkness and disappointment that we don't actually see or realise we aren't alone.. because there are so many other people that are in the exact same boat as us, and you're probably wishing you had someone there for you, and they are too.
i have faith that you will get through a year, just like i did.i love you, and keep you're head up. never let it down. you're simply beautiful. <3
