Ye asking simblr! Hey! Okay okay let me think. So excluding premade makeovers and more recent Vesper's End sims (I haven't played them yet), I could pick a sim based on their ~technical merits~ (aka neat facial structure + successful cc combo resulting in a cool little face) or otherwise one I've enjoyed playing, hm. I'll do a 2-in-1, and it's going to be an old TS3 sim actually :O
My girl Ivet Cole (from december 2012 holy shit) was the prototype to what my pseudo-Lilith became, and she's the first one I could think of. Idk, she looks kind of bland, but at the time I was super pleased I managed to wrangle those features out of TS3 CAS. The eyes and mouth in particular. NICE.
Depressed & doe-eyed, flirting with death are still my favorite heroine qualities, too, and Ivet has been the mother root to all others that came after her. The name gets regularly recycled in my projects too :)
