Snowdrop is the other holdback girl from IO19. I’m looking forward to seeing how their colors develop as this entire clutch is fairly pink.

Well that’s unexpected. This is Isis and Olaf’s clutch, from which I was expecting to see anery and maybe ghost morphs. I was looking for grey snakes and brown snakes! This... this is a pink snake. That other little nose is a pink nose, too.

I’m very happy to see you, little babies, I just wasn’t expecting you to be so ...amelanistic.

Here are all of the littles from IO19. Five anery, three snow kiddos. They each got weighed (everybody is 5 grams!) and photographed for identification.

They’re not yet ready to shed and try their first dinners, so for right now they’re just being good little Snek Scouts and learning how to do snakey things like climb, burrow into their moss hide, drink water, and be cute.

This little one, the first all the way out of their egg from clutch IO19, is so curious and sweet! Many fresh babies are sassy and nippy, but this tiny 'noot was content to politely sniff my hand without fuss or fight.
