“Hey.” She typed in quickly on her phone, instantly sending the message to Zevi, as she stood in front of his house. “It;s very rude to let your guests stay outside.” She chuckled beneath her warm breath, as she kept sending him little messages, instead of actually ringing the doorbell. She had her little ways of adorably annoying her best friends, especially Zevi. There were not enough gestures, or words, or ways to show him how grateful she was, how grateful she was for his kindness, his patience, his understanding, He was more than her best friend, he was way more. He took care of her, her daughter, her problems, her worries, her reckless, giant, messes. She was lucky to have a friend like him, and she couldn’t wait for them to be reunited.
