Sketches from teaching this morning.....working with young people just reminds me what I already know, what inwant to tell you always. This isn’t HARD, this isn’t out of reach, creativity harmony beauty complexity exploration emotion just IS you. This “hard work” is an effortless flow. I’m learning to trust my instincts, that my instincts are always right”. I said “if thay’s the only thing you ever learn from our time together, my life mission is complete!!! “. In today’s #ipadfashion #ipadillustration class for kids via zoom (i teach for @fashionartsstudio ) we developed our own color palette and prints (swipe left for the print) and placed multiple #croquis templates in our #digitalsketchbook in#tayasui..... then we ran out of time to complete but all got deep into taking our motif and color story into #fashionsketching several outfits on a single page!!! Every #digitalpainting or #digitaldrawing app i use for #FashionIllustration has its own feel. This is an example of some of the effects i get using #Imagink #Imaginkapp. Its the app that works with @iskn #theslate "the Slate". On my YouTube channel LauraVolpintesta you can see me use the Slate. One thing I like about the Imagink app is the "rice papers" it comes with. Here is used mostly #pastel tool on charcoal colored ricepaper, and just doodled from my head to finger- paint with the tools on #ipadpro #ipadart #ipadfashion
