What's Happening with the iOS 6 Jailbreak?
First of all, lets sum up all of iOS 6 so far; buggy/glitchy, battery draining, sexy, minimal, and more organized. The battery draining bug is by far the worst battery drain I've ever seen on any iOS version I've used. This is being worked on so that the next version of iOS 6 will have no more huge battery drain on the devices it supports. This new version(what most of you should know by now) is iOS 6.1; currently, iOS 6.1 is in its fourth beta test. Beta tests for iOS are mostly the same everytime; you get a bunch of beta releases and then once it's all working 100% they release it as a GM(Golden Master) for a final test. Once the GM is done with it's phase, the public release of iOS 6.1 will be available.
Now, shortly after it is available the iPhone Dev Team(that has had a working jailbreak for some time now) will release the update for their software called RedSn0w to support iOS 6 jailbreaking on most(if not all) devices.
