Volume on for this one. It was my first attempt at trying to choreograph poi in my living room. There is a point where I didn’t realize how close i was to my coffee table but i kept flowing & it didn’t break the timing. I practiced till it was clean & debated posting, but I ultimately feel life & each experience we have is an opportunity to grow. We can see change, but fist we need to practice a little self- love so we can meet ourselves where we are at. This allows us to stay present in our daily’s and when we look back we can appreciate our own growth journeys.
