𝐈𝐩𝐨𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 (怡保河粉)
I make my hometown favorite- Ipoh Shredded Chicken Noodles 鸡丝河粉 today. It brings me back all the fond memory and nostalgic feeling when I had my first part-time work, opposite the famed Thean Chun 天津茶室 famous for these noodles in Old Town, Ipoh.
It takes a bit of work to prepare the chicken and shrimp broth yesterday and only serve it today for lunch.
However, it worths all my effort because everyone loves it.
