You know, one of the things that I'm learning is that in order to grow, you must build a solid team of people who can execute a solid plan in your absence. Yesterday, while attending @eastendmkt's FoodPreneur series and listening to the indomitable Celine from @valkyriedoughnuts and @valhallabakery say JUST that, my team was busy pulling off an epic Irie Brunch at @districtatmills. I could not possibly be any more proud of and thankful for them. My GM - Alex and @nikkinamdar of @orlandovegans fame really delivered. You guys rock!
