The End Times but in Animal Crossing

I spent 2 and a half hours making these pictures, most of that time spent on custom designs.

Credit for the design of the grass floor seen in Iris’ picture goes to Falx - I found their custom design on a website and because I can’t put in the codes due to not having paid for the subscription service nintendo has, so I painstakingly copied the design by hand.

For all other custom designs I made them myself. The end times logo took me putting the icon into a 32x32 image and then simplifying that image by hand overtop in another layer, before then copying that simplified version into animal crossing. It actually worked really well and I’m proud of it! :D Honestly the only custom designs I made myself here that I’m not fully proud of are the facial hair for Adrien, the very failed (due to placement of facepaint) vitiligo for Ember, and then how I did the necklace for Felix.

For some reason, when I put these on here Maia’s one went out of order. I did these in the order: Iris, Felix, Maia, Ember, Noah, Adrien.

Ember, after a long night not sleeping: Mammals both produce milk and have hair. So… like… a coconut is a mammal.

Felix: Now, I know you're goofin’, but this is an actual issue with morphology-based phylogeny.

Iris: [leans over and whispers to person beside her] What are they talking about?

Adrean: [leans over and whispers back] Human ability to quantify and categorize natural phenomena is sketchy at best and wildly misleading at worst.

Ember: Consider the coconut!

Felix: This reminds me of that time Plato defined humans as “featherless bipeds” and Diogenes ran in with a plucked chicken shoutin’ “Behold a man!”

Noah: Love how you say “reminds me of that time” like you were there.

Maia: Hey, listen, if an immortal feels brave and supported enough to come out we should respect them.

Iris: What is even going on anymore?

A First Meeting

It was a simple enough task and even though she still wasn’t certain of her… band mates, it was no reason to be rude towards them.

Maia had asked her to take the folder to Felix, even putting a little sticky note on it. She was sure she knew who Felix was and with his height he was probably easy to find.

She was told that he would be in this room, she knocked on the door and when no one replied she moved to reach for the door knob, calling out his name- before she was  off by a chill that went down her spine-

She felt a hand grab her shoulder and she squeaked.

Frozen in place, she didn’t know what to do- her mind playing scenarios that only made her more terrified- convinced that this was when she was going to die-

“Need help?” was the soft muffled voice- it’s gentle tone juxtaposing the cold feeling that still settled in her bones.
