i guess im doing siblings tonight. even though.... theyre not actually siblings...

lil post expanding on some lesser seen characters of the superpowered universe (juliet & koda)

this is jay chiang

he's the big cheese. the iron man. the all might. he's based in NYC and he's world famous, known for his immense strength, brains, and contributions to tech, safety, and the superpowered community. he was very active for about 20 years, and then a few years ago, following a large disaster and several blocks being blown up, he stopped working and has rarely been seen. he occasionally makes appearances for publicity and charity/events, but otherwise has been off the crime fighting circuit without an explanation.

jay has a wife, ann, and two daughters. the older daughter is ciel, a dancer that moved to washington. the younger daughter is big in the public eye and has an active online following, but was moved to california with her mother following her father's disappearance.

this is the younger daughter, iris chiang. (formal outfit, current age 19-21)

none of jay's family has powers except for him, but he's honestly relieved by it. jay has seen a lot, had his own fair share of near death experiences, and lost allies. he's a family man! he wants to keep his girls safe, and although the public doesnt know it, thats why he sends his family to the other side of the country.

theres also some other big heroes ive sketched on paper but never posted. theres meetings for the high tier exclusives where they link up, team up, discuss thiiiiings. they help each other and keep in contact. i drew india's largest hero, a woman with a great social presence. there's one i havent drawn but kinda thought about a european man that kinda represents his country. i think jay would be more friendly with the women heroes though lol. theres others. idk who cares

im kinda bad at working this in, in my writing, but i think jay would just be in the main characters' peripheries. he'd be in newspapers, billboards, articles online, advertisements, randomly come up in conversations... juliet would be the only one to never say anything when he comes up o_o
