This week’s Females of Metal Friday is Iris Goessens, formally the vocalist for Spoil Engine from Belgium and currently the vocalist for Three Times Royal based in Los Angeles, California. Iris’s voice blends perfectly with both Spoil Engine and now Three Times Royal. She blasts deep raspy vocals as well as clean smooth vocals. At times she can blend the two styles together. It almost sounds as if there are two different people singing the same thing. Amazing capability. With three full Spoil Engine albums and one at this point with Three Times Royal, there is plenty of material out there to get a healthy dose of Iris Goessens metal!
