So this is an iris from one of the my travel acquisitions. It’s one of my favorites, but I had a problem with the irrogation in my flowerbed and it didn’t bloom for about four years. What I learned was that those rhizomes really do need to be above ground a little bit so that the sun kisses them and it allows them to really bloom. So last fall, I got them readjusted and they’re rewarding me with these gorgeous blooms. I hope you enjoy them.
