These are turning out to be a savior for me. This year I went from having nearly zero iron I my body, to getting my levels out of the danger zone, but still low. It's an ongoing struggle. I take supplements and changed my diet, but I can't seem to get the levels any higher. Enter the patches. Pricey, at $40 a pop, for me. (Canadian/international shipping). These are now going to be a steady investment. Going to do some adjusting to see if changing my copious supplements to just the daily patch will give me a boost. Hopefully it'll work, cause something has got to give. I despise three thought of iron infusions. Not my cup of tea.
