I’m so fucking tired of all those ‘~calm down while breathing~’ posts cause I have asthma and having to breathe in for 7 seconds and breathe out for 11 just stresses me out cus I literally physically can’t do that. So if you know any of those calming techniques that don’t include controlling your breathing please send them my way, thanks.

general opinions: lord save me now i could go on for hours about my favourite cinnamon roll zuko. best character arc ever first off? can you believe? and he just wants to be accepted and team avatar gives him that acceptance and they’re his new family and you can tell whenever he’s thinking about it because he just looks at them with that cute little smile of his. he is sunshine. just find zuko someone who will treat him right. i’m sick of m@iko and its toxicity. and he cares so much? for his people and his friends and his uncle. he is too good, too pure
