I really wonder what would Evil!Medic(Second Opinion) be or look like in your TF2/Avatar crossover... If Medic ever used the second opinion in this AU, can you please share a little backstory about how he decided to use it or how the rest of the team was affected by this? I absolutely love your art btw! Thank you for taking time to read this ^^

Well I don't think it can exist in this AU. I believe the "Second Opinion" could be the darker side of Medic while blood bending. The one who wants to control others, abuse them, play with them, etc. The only difference is that there is no surgical face sew onto Medic's face.
