This pairing is literally the go to horny jail meme. I think their one UTDP interaction sums up how their relationship would go, Miu making dirty jokes or using her inventions and Mahiru just trying to get her to behave. Which I think is hilarious. Mahiru is a more traditional person, so she probably wouldn't be too interested in Miu's inventions, which are usually perverted or made for you to do activities while you sleep. Bad manners is also in Mahiru's dislikes, and Miu is pretty much the definition of bad manners. However, Miu does like being scolded sometimes, so Mahiru would be an easy way to get that. They have one event together in UTDP. Also, Mahiru comes up in an event between Miu and Mikan in DRS.
They don't have any shared likes because of the different presents in DR2 and V3, but even if the games did have similar presents I can't imagine their tastes would be similar.
