sitting  by  the  phones  but  not  receiving  any  calls,  that  dark  part  of  night  where  it  gives  you  the  chills  but  feels  almost  serene,  having  a  best  friend  who  doesn’t  consider  you  their  best  friend,  longing  for  a  home  that  you  won’t  find  again,  that  muggy  feeling  where  it  rains  and  sweat  sticks  to  your  forehead  after  it  rains,  the  awkward  relationship  between  you  and  your  childhood  friend  you  haven’t  spoken  to  in  years,  longing  for  something  you  won’t  find  (  or  you’re  not  even  sure  what  you’re  looking  for  )  ,    childhood  nightmares  that  transforms  into  adult  fears,  that  faded  jacket  you  found  after  years  -  and  it  still  fits,  like  it  never  left  you.
