In my pre tour email it said I couldnt bring food, drink, knives, guns, or illegal substances into the stadium, not that they checked me or any other people I know of, but if you had something 'hidden'that they could see, they would search everything
Yes ! Those are the standards, you're technically not allowed to bring these things to any concert. Food and drinks because they want to sell as much as possible inside. And the rest is kind of self explaining. I think maybe at these stadium concerts there are SO many people that they are less careful so they don't delay anything. But it will depend on each stadium. It's honestly not really save, as you can see - Niall already got hurt through something hard that was thrown on stage. And also, a gun or knife would've fitted in my bag and as I said they didn't even open it. Not that I'd ever bring anything like that, but some people might, who knows. In the end, those securities are just for our safety, and if they take something from us they won't do it to be mean, but for everyone's safety, I guess that's what we'll always have to keep in mind. But for drinks and food, I can only recommend you guys to try, you have nothing to lose. :)
