As someone who only knows the characters from your au, does Hickey give others hickeys? Apologies for the ask in advance.
apologies for the extremely warped view of the terror amc 2018 i have given you. hickey is an evil man who kills a bunch of men. canonically he has fucked at least a few of them (and he tops) so one can assume he has given some of them hickys, we do not get to see this though. we do get to see his bare ass get whipped so thats a nice consolation prize.
