I'm ever so slightly more a music fan than a comics fan, but that's only to admit that if any of you consult me for recent (that being within the last 10-12 yrs of publication) knowledge of, or just anything on appearances, origins, any stats at all of, a character/team/stories written in post-2000s comics (mainly from the "big 2")....
I'm going to eventually give the "I know nothing of substance about this" answer based on my attention to it, which my attention for most modern entertainment is based on interest. That which I have a lot more of in, not really nostalgia-core, but just slowly, collectively established, classics. Like, 90s comics (that aren't shit!) are my jam when it comes to Spider-Man (save for Clone Saga), Batman, X-books. 90s in comics is like 90s in music. It's the safest in getting young and old into, perhaps mostly in terms of behind the scenes production talent, or just simply how we all consider 90s decade overall to be an era of classic anything. Whereas getting the elder established audience in the new is barely an even split of 50-50.
