I love wings of fire I love it’s shitty all-over-the-place worldbuilding I love all the insane characters and how they all collectively share one brain cell I love the plots being genocide and tragedy of war and mutually assured destruction and biological warfare but also murder mystery (twice) and can everyone please stop being a dick about how I used to murder people and hide and seek for government control and puberty giving you firepowers I love that two of the tribes have a centuries old feud based on the drama of a family of insane people I love the themes of corrupt government and propaganda and exploitation of everyday citizens I love its matriarch society I love that the best solution to the forced combination of two tribes is for the savior girlboss queen to fuck her himbo bodyguard who’s obsessed with her I love that everyone’s super chill about gay people but racism is still I thing I love that animals got sized up so a mouse is the size of a golden retriever I love how all the characters keep falling in love with the first person that’s nice to them I love it I love it I love it
