Their memories were slowly starting to make sense as Jamie wandered around the unfamiliar palace, looking for a familiar face that they knew they could trust but the halls were crowded with people from all over the realm. It was confusing to see faces in the crowd and not be able to put names to them. At least they knew now that they were from the Day court and that the Winter celebration had gone south.
Coming across someone new made their head heavy as they tried to place the face and put a name to it, not sure if it was because they didn't know the person from before or simply couldn't remember. Losing control wasn't something Jamie was keen on. Their whole life, they were fighting for it so this curse just put them on edge and they didn't know who they could trust. "This whole thing is a damn nightmare." They mused out loud near the person coming up to them, maybe they'd recognize Jamie? They weren't sure.
