After one last perfect evening with her family, Hallie dies peacefully of old age. Her seven children (plus Alec), lay her to rest at the cemetery in Brindleton Bay.

The Birch Family Reunion.

Micah and his mom, Hallie, have a nice chat. Octavia and Brody, ever the arguing siblings, while Piper greets their brother Marcus. The twins, Kali and Lisa, catch up in the hallway. Isabella and Aidan share a hug. Lauryn makes a run for it before she blows out her candles, while her dad and Aunt Lisa cheer her on. Hallie and her granddaughters get some quality time in.
