"Well, hopefully we'll cross paths again before your time is up." The words rang through her ears long after he had left her sight in the Greenwood. Her brilliant green hues still stared after the path he took, looping out of the forest and back into the fresh scents around it. What did he mean by such a saying? This was the first time their paths had crossed but she couldn't quite shake the feeling of how different he was. He did not smell of human Man but he appeared as one. He did not strike her as the type to be a King of a far off land either but yet, she doubted he was a God. Could he have been one by mistake though? Were there powers so vast they could mask such a thing from even an Elf of her kind? So many questions swam through her head along with is parting words. "What a strange traveler." She spoke out loud to the air around her, not caring if someone, though, she knew no one was there, had came up behind her and heard her. "Perhaps he is correct though, I do hope he is." Tauriel mused before turning on her heel and going back on her sweep of the woods.
