Archer was under no real assumption that Isobel cared about him beyond a physical level, but since the two were practically strangers ( minus that one night and a few texts every now and again ) he figured it didn’t matter much. He liked their dynamic, and he’d have been a fool to turn down an opportunity to spend a night at her place again. "I brought bourbon. I don’t remember if you like it, but I figured it was better than nothing,” he said after she’d let him in, a boyish smile playing on his lips as he turned around to face her.
