They strike tonight. They have all prepared for their journey to save Y/N.

However, as they walk in the dark into the Forbidden Forest in order to apparate to the vampire society, Ron Weasley seems to quickly forget one important detail. “Why are we walking in the middle of the bloody night?! I can’t see a thing!” the boy complains.

Hermione Granger rolls her eyes. “Ronald… Mr. Malfoy is a vampire, remember?” she reminds him, clearly annoyed that he didn’t think before he spoke.

Lucius agrees with the girl… He hisses in irritation, baring his fangs. They are so bright in the dark that the red-haired boy can’t avoid noticing them.

“Bloody hell!” Ron exclaims, slowly walking backwards until he stumbles into his friend.

The sight from last night is still on Y/N’s mind… What in the world was going on in that room? Perhaps they are together, and perhaps they have a weird kink?! Lucius was SUCKING Severus’ blood!

The scene both frightened and excited her… Does that make her as sick as them?

She has tried to avoid the two men all day, and that hasn’t gone unnoticed by any of them. “Have we done something wrong, Severus?” Lucius asks with a concerned look.

“Not that I’m aware of… Perhaps it was Azrael’s visit last night?” Severus suggests.

Lucius slowly nods. Right, it’s probably because of Azrael… He probably scared her. However, a part of Lucius can’t help but think - does she know what he is?

Severus had just finished teaching fourth-year students when he received Lucius’ letter. At first he was surprised to see the old but familiar envelope from Malfoy Manor - he almost thought he was dreaming. He was reminded of the times before the war when Lucius used to send him letters from the manor…

When he finally came back from reality, he opened it and scanned the letter. He had barely finished reading it before storming out of Hogwarts, hurrying towards a place he thought he would never return to. And that’s where he is right now.

He’s furiously knocking on the door, waiting for somebody to answer. Why isn’t Lucius greeting him?? Is he injured, too?

Just as Severus considers blowing up the front door, Lucius finally answers. He gives his friend an apologetic look. “I apologise, Severus. I had completely forgotten that I have no house elves to greet guests-“ he says just as he suddenly hisses in pain. The sunlight is burning his skin.

Severus acts quickly and pushes Lucius inside, slamming the door behind them. The Potions Master sighs. “It’s all right, at least you came before I blew up the door… Yes, I was in fact going to do that” he states seriously, looking at Lucius’ surprised and shocked expression.

It’s barely been a day since Severus visited Lucius at the cave. The Potions Master can’t help but feel worried about his friend… He never leaves the cave, he barely talks to anyone and sometimes he almost refuses to eat. What should he do? What can he do?

Sighing, he abandons the stack of papers to be graded and decides to go for a walk. He decides to head to Muggle London where nobody knows him so he can stay with his thoughts without anybody interrupting him.

As he walks around while being deep in thought with his dilemmas about Lucius, he suddenly spots a pretty Muggle woman who just left the nearby book shop. She’s pretty and she likes books - the perfect type for Lucius.

He decides to follow her around in order to figure out if she’s a local - that way, he will be able to find her again. As it’s clear to him that she is in fact local, he makes a mental note to tell Lucius about her during their next visit.

He decides to visit him the next day. And he decides to do so in his Animagus form. As Lucius is just standing in front of a mirror with no reflection, clearly miserable, Severus flies on top of his shoulder. When Lucius spots the animal in the mirror, he chuckles.
