was pissed off that I overslept (again) this morning so didn't have time to workout out, so I did this cause I got to work early
Forward shoulder circles (arms stretched out) 60
Backwards shoulder circles: 60
grip work (squeezing a rolled up ball of newspaper really hard) 150 times in one minute
130 times in one minute
Arm Holds (isolation movement, arms outstretched for time): 1:10 minutes
1:00 minute
Bicep flexion (isolation move): 3 x 20 seconds (each arm)
crunches: 60
