Yesterday’s dinner consisted of a homemade vegetable beef stew. It was my first time making it, and let me tell you....Campbell’s ain’t nothing on this here. Now, here’s the secret to get kids (who don’t like veggies) to eat it🤫🤫🤫. I took about 4 cups of the beef stew and blended it until it became a thick bisque like consistency, served it over spinach & cheese tortellini pasta. Added some shredded Parmesan cheese...voila! They ate all of it...no complaints, questions, noses turned up, or leftovers. It’s Plenty of stew left, so I’m going to freeze the remainder for another day.
