The best horror trope to me is when they have the persons skin turn inside out or when someone sees something under their fingernail and try to look at it then the nail slips off

I can handle a lot of visual horror and stuff, but when it comes to nails or something going though a body part I can't do it well

I watched a girl get cut in half by a chainsaw, but I'll always cringe seeing an old lady get stabbed with those long light bulbs
