Hey dere. Idk if anyone will see this or bother with it, but long story short, I am new to this fandom and K-pop in general. I left my other fandom blog (the fandom of which shall not be named) due to a halt in new material for the foreseeable future and the mounting tensions between two different sects of fandom who outright hated each others guts. So... not exactly somewhere I wanted to stay (when I technically fall under both groups of people and was receiving hate for that fact alone.) But that mess is long behind me. I didn’t think I’d ever find another online community who I gelled with as well as the last one (4 years ago, before the fire nation attacked), but then I went to go see BTS is Newark In the time I waited in line (not more than 3~ hrs), I met some of the coolest people. My cheeks hurt from laughing and I forgot what that felt like. I didn’t manage to get any of their tumblrs unfortunately, but that kind of brings me to my point. I love ARMYS from what I’ve seen so far. Everyone seems chill about shipping and not monopolizing a ship or a bias and just general mutual respect. (Not to mention, some of ya’ll I follow got me like 😳 servin up looks like they’re gonna run out) TL;DR I am new to the fandom, and want to meet people and have more mutuals in the BTS fandom. First day back to work after ten days off. We have a new baby starting today who has a history of violence towards his peers. So here's to hoping that the holiday spirit will make everything better.
