Thinking about 30s swap. Basic concept is that 30 eras Stans and Grunkle Stans somehow switch places.

I know not a new or original concept but color me obsessed with the idea of either of them dealing with the other’s younger counterpart.

Ford, with the fresh wound of guilt heavy in his heart about how he’s treated Stan, first-hand experiencing Stan’s drifter years adding more into his guilt complex about it all.

Then Stan gently trying to calm his paranoid young version of his brother down but hes still holding that crossbow to his face and god he is so afraid and hurt i am gonna kill bill AGAIN I STG.

Short update

Hey guys! How’s everyone doing? As you might know if you’ve been following me for some time, about 1,5 years ago I put my Japanese studies on hold because I was in Seoul, and wanted to focus on my Korean. After that I took a short break from language learning for about half a year to focus on my bachelor thesis.

Fast forward, and I’m back in my home country again. As I am planning on going to Japan somewhere in 2018, I have picked up my Japanese studies again. Passed N3, and as expected, while my comprehension hasn’t suffered too much, after 2 years without serious study I’ve gotten pretty rusty when it comes to grammar and vocab. I’m planning on taking N2 this December, so you will probably see an update on that once in a while. While I am planning on picking up Korean again sometime in the future, this blog will mostly focus on Japanese for at least the coming year.

So yeah, that’s basically it. Lemme know if you’re also studying for N2, maybe we could keep each other motivated :D

Yes it’s mostly in code. Either using regular ass ciphers or metaphoric symbols that only mean something to him personally (and probably mabel but he wouldn’t know that)

And when Mabel looks through it she realizes like HOW fucked up her Brother is.

She isnt afraid of him of course or treats him any differently, but Mabel is suddenly hyperaware of every time he scribbles something down. Every time it seems to be triggered and noticed that its always seems to be about her.

Not that the violent fantasies are him being angry at her, shes read the Journal and have cracked the codes so she like KNOWS its about other people. But she realizes its about her crushes, bullies at school, teachers, Dippy Fresh shows up a couple of times? Sometimes even about her friends.

OH! I should talk about this

I’ve had a fanfic idea rattle around in my brain exploring the headcannon that Ford is intersex. As a intersex person, a lot of Ford’s experiences and character arc lines up with the intersex experience and I feel like it could genuinely be a really beautiful story if done properly.

I don’t know what variation he has specifically, still need to do a lot of research in regards to that but I feel like he’d probably still be AMAB and that it would more so be about his puberty rather then facing any IGM. That he’d probably be forced on Hormones due to him not developing “properly”, which adds to his whole feeling of being a freak of nature

And and then of course Stan loves him anyway, think he’s cool and amazing as he is.

And Stan is the only person that still thinks Ford is hot even with his “”weird”” body.
