Unsurprisingly for a Program his size and age, Tron sleeps rather sprawled out and takes up most of whatever bed he's given no matter how big it is. He doesn't mean to hog all the space, but he's a Big Guy and takes up a lot of room, plus the MCP's cells might be a long way behind him but they were too small to really lie down in and he still has the subconscious relief that comes with being able to actually spread out so he doesn't wake up sore or cramped.

Very much a work in progress, but headcanon is that the longer Tron rests, the closer he gets to looking like his '82 self. It starts with the face and hair, so you get floof and more youthful features on this tank of a Program, but over enough time he gradually slims down and shifts proportions a little until he's less of a dorito-shaped wall of muscle and more the lean mixed martial artist he used to be.

It ends with his circuits eventually shimmering back into their original configuration.

........unfortunately he's never had enough rest to go past the changes to his face, because if it wasn't the Grid in a constant state of crisis it was a Flynn-issue problem caused by at least one of Kevin or Clu. Poor Tron's in a permanent state of exhaustion.

He only starts getting a chance to rest properly after he meets and gets comfortable with and around Beck, because having a beta fall asleep on him is a pretty powerful incentive not to move for the foreseeable future.
