My headcanon for Chilton is that even though he's so fancy and posh, sophisticated on Hannibal's level, he occasionally enjoys junkfood.
My hc for Will and Chilton is that Frederick would gladly go with Will to McDonald's. If there's something wrong with Will's order, like he gets not actually what he asked for, Chilton never lets that go. Charming and smiling, he starts with "I'm afraid there's a mistake. That's not what my friend ordered..." while Will silently wishes to die on spot behind his shoulder.

And yes, I do believe junk food is one of his guilty pleasures. Like, all the time he's pretty fancy, but then he goes: ah, for fox sake, gimme a burger.
