Why wouldn't you date someone you met through a dating app ?
Because it’s socially lazy and technology is pervasive enough as it is. I like the magic and alchemy of catching someone’s eye across a crowded room. I like organic romance and chemistry. I like the fact that I still have social and interpersonal skills. I like actual humans and having interactions with a physical person that I’ve met the old fashioned way as opposed to this internet madness. Fucking around on social media is entertaining and even fun, but face to face interaction will always trump dealing with passive aggressive avatars on a computer space. I mean, there’s all sorts of cowards and psychos on here anyway, so…yeah not interested. Great for everyone else; not for me.
