                      One of the questions weighing on Rose’s mind was when did saving the day become equal to “date”? She wasn’t sure. Maybe it was after she went to the end of the world and ended that particular date with chips. While Rose definitely still in awe of all the wonder of the universe, she was also in awe of the Doctor himself. He knew all her buttons and could easily press them. The only thing that bothered Rose was that she could never really pin down exactly how the Doctor felt about her. She’d been the desperate girl hanging of a guy who didn’t care for her as much as she cared for him with Jimmy Stone.

                  It was a culmination, really. A mix of curiosity and wonder and just wanting to know where she stood that led to it. When Rose just finally leaned up, her hands digging into the leather of his jacket as she kissed him - possibly a bit more eager than she meant to come across.
