Found in the tunnels in Port Adams. This appears to be a Cloudburst briefing/user guide. Not included; whether or not it was safe for Jason to speed over the side of a ditch to get to me. (Scarecrow probably thinks it was not. I don’t think it was either, but I’m the one that died there, so I could just be bitter.)
